The Spartan-3E Evaluation card is a full breakout of almost every pin of the Spartan 3E 500,000 gate FPGA in a PQ208 Package. Also provided are the 3 power supplies, an SPI prom to store the FPGA configuration image, and a RS232 level shifter for easy serial communications.
