ActivMedia Robot Communication Protocol The ActivMedia Robot Communication Protocol is the serial packet protocol used to communicate with and command the robot hardware on most ActivMedia robots such as the AmigoBot and the Pioneer. Specifically, robots using the AmigOS and P2OS operating systems use the protocol described by this document. http://hubbard.engr.scu.edu/embedded/arrobot/index.html 152

Experimental Robot Platform (ERP) The goal of this robot is to give me a platform that is upgradeable and customizable so that I would not need to build a new robot chassis for each new idea I want to try out. This robot will never be 'finished', as I'm always modifying and improving it. http://www.societyofrobots.com/robot_ERP.shtml 195

IMU ODOMETRY The following is a description of the integration of a commercial Inertial Measurement Unit with the navigation algorithms of the jBot autonomous off-road robot. This allows the robot to navigate unstructured outdoor environments, without a GPS or other external reference, with an accuracy on the order of about .5% of the distance traveled. That is, a journey of 1000 feet has a location error on the order of 5 feet upon arrival at the destination. http://www.seattlerobotics.org/encoder/200610/article3/IMU%20Odometry,%20by%20David%20Anderson.htm 173
